USPS Orders process within same day or 1 business day. If you need it by a certain date, please select the expedited options at checkout.

UPS Overnight Orders must be received by 2pm CST in order to ship the same day. If received later, it will ship the following business day. 

DHL International Orders ship within 1-2 business days.

These processing times apply to in-stock items only. They do not apply to Pre-Order items. During sales or promotions, we may experience delays with processing and shipping, due to the increase of order volume.

*HOLIDAY RETURNS* can be returned until January 15th.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order didn't arrive and it has been 24-48 hours since the delivery, we encourage you to call your local Post Office immidiately to open a claim to locate it.

If you have purchased the Route Package Protection which covers lost and damaged items, your order is covered 100%.

You will need to wait 5 business days to file a claim in case the package shows up, but once you submit the claim it will create a new order and we will replace your items for free.
